Treatment costs & appointments

Treatment costs are currently not covered by national health insurance, therefore have to be paid for yourself. Private health insurance covers costs according to contract conditions. It is in your interest to make prior inquiries with your insurance company regarding refunding.

Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by telephone or email, cancellation fees may otherwise incur.
